Abstract

La montaña configura espacios de la superficie terrestre con particularidades geográficas propias, especialmente las derivadas de su medio físico. Los recursos económicos que las caracteriza, así como su poblamiento e incluso la organización y costumbres de sus habitantes difieren de las tierras del llano. Mientras en estas últimas el impacto del hombre ha sido decisivo, en aquellas otras montañas su actuación se ha visto mermada y a veces condicionada por la propia naturaleza.
