Resumen

El estado de animo es  un estado afectivo cotidiano, costituido por sentimientos duraderos  y aparentemente inespecificos. El proposito de este articulo es la revision los estudios centrados en sus principales polaridades : positividad/ negatividad,energia alta/ energia baja , tension/ calma y tambien su grado de inhibicion/ expresion. Finalmente establecemos algunas relaciones con el trastorno depresivo.
