Abstract

The anorgasmia is shown in this case as an effect of heteronomic moral regulation. Narcissistic meritocracy replaces the very ontological self-esteem, searching interpersonal validation by sexual performance. Work in therapy with self-esteem and autonomy has had the result of releasing the anorgasmia of narcissistic impediments.
