Abstract

In this article the treatment of a sexual phobia with exposure is described. The patient a 30-year woman, reported a serious trouble from his sexual phobia. The treatment consisted in in-vivo exposure therapy. At the end of 3 years follow-up, the patient was much improved, with an important reduction in target problems and on overall adaption.
