This article is focused on child sex abuse. The work presents a retrospective analysis of the literature about child sex abuse. The aim of this analysis is to define, from a multiagency point of view, the child sex abuse. The most recent theoretical approach underlines how child sex abuse can be defined as a “child pathology” and as a communicative dysfunction of the system of the victim and of the sex offender. So the treatment of victims should necessary be linked to interventions aimed at reducing the future risk to reoffend of the sexual child offenders.
