Family approach to obsessive and phobic manifestations through Piaget's equilibrium model

The case report we want to relate here will illustrate the theory that therapeutic intervention is best directed at those situations where interpersonal exchanges have been blocked. For the greatest change to occur, cooperation between those involved is maximized, as a function of the “evaluative hypersurface”. Our purpose here is to specify different configurations that can potentiate this function.
