Abstract

We present a proposal for constructing a web platform for a learning community that takes up the computational and educational characteristics of this type of technological development for one of the most challenging areas for professionals in the economicadministrative area, financial mathematics. A learning difficulty associated with this subject is the disparity of previous knowledge and the unequal level of depth required by each user, especially for small and medium-sized companies. The proposal considers different types of users that increase levels of depth, allowing all users to interact to exchange experiences, thereby fostering collaboration and social construction. Practical cases that arise in industry and SMEs are presented, which contributes to self-learning. Finally, an assessment of use and feasibility in a sample of companies is carried out, with results to readjust the platform design.
