Suggestions on How to Combine the Platonic Forms to Overcome the Interpretative Difficulties of the Parmenides Dialogue. The Distinction Between Immediate Participation and Relational Participation

This article aims to be a useful reference for scholars of Platoʼs philosophy. It contributes a novel approach researching the logical processes that determine that some forms communicate with others. The introduction of the concept of relational participation opens up a possible solution to the different versions of the «third man» argument. The method for generating numbers based on odd and even, which is proposed in the interpretation of Parmenides 143e-144a, may also be of interest. This text has its continuation a second article about being and truth in Plato.
