Abstract

The paper intends to analyze through a doctrinal and jurisprudential study one of the essential requirements demanded in the exercise of the claim, the correct identification of the occupied property. Thus, it must come, identified by the four cardinal points, so that it integrates a certain body, physically determined in its boundaries, with undoubted fixation of its situation.
