Abstract

The creation of the National Health System was one of the greatest achievements in our Welfare State. The system was placed as a health global model in the health care vanguard. The right of health protection and the right to physical integrity are currently threatened by the economic situation. Immigrants’ patients constitute a particularly vulnerable group.
