Through the institutional history of Argentina, the Supreme Court has been having an important place by analyzing the constitutionality of the law, adjusting the law to the Constitution. The appearance of various international treaties generated the necessity to analyze their position into the legal system, which has been changing, modifying the range they located. The Supreme Court embraces the constitutionality and conventionality control, making very clear in their sentences the different ways to interpret the law and treaties in the eyes of the Constitution and the Interamerican system that they belong.
