Abstract

Every work of investigation has to be developed necessarily by the adequate scientific method, which we understand as the path to follow in science to obtain and pass on all scientific knowledge. This is specified by the design of a working plan comprising each and every stage the investigation process has to go through. The present work, focused on the field of human rights, analizes in a systematic, clear, precise and concise way all the stages, paying special attention to the information sources, on which both a theoretical and practical study is carried out in the second part of this work.
