Concerning an autonomus construction of the history of the juridical procedural spanish science that forms a part of the procedural law

Abstract

The Dr. D. Manuel Jesús Cachón Cadenas in the mentioned work constructs the foundations of what we might name the History of the Juridical Procedural Spanish Science. The whole work refers to aspects of what we might determine his special part but simultaneously, and is very important, of abstract form it fixes the guidelines of a general part. Through these guidelines I try to delve into the possible and hypothetical autonomous construction of the above mentioned general part that would form a part of the procedural law.
