Del vino rioja se ha apurado casi hasta la última página a través de nunnerosos libros e innumerables artículos. Pero siempre es posible un nuevo enfoque, un paladeo subjetivo de las fuentes y de los datos que, al transmitirlo, permite conocer mejor un fenómeno complejo y de enorme repercusión económica en La Rioja. Aunque los textos y las cifras son absolutamente rigurosos, el estilo utilizado roza levemente la ortodoxia científica al incorporar alguna licencia poética, como si los vapores etílicos se hubieran rebelado contra la voluntad del autor. Algo similar parecía ocurrirle a Berceo, aunque sin duda con mejores logros literarios.Downloads
