Abstract

The paper presents the phenomenological motivations and the main features of generative phenomenology launched in "Home and Beyond", insofar it is an expansion of Husserl’s phenomenology. To do so, I establish the points of continuity and discontinuity between the phenomenon of Generativity and presentational givenness, by describing phenomenologically the vertical givenness and its peculiar kind of evidence, which accounts for the moral, religious, and vocational phenomena within human experience.
