Abstract

This paper presents an ethnographic study about the school discourse aroundthe school concentration of immigrant students. It deconstruct the discoursesabout the factors and impact of this phenomenon. This work taken a microsociologicallevel analysis, the ethnographic context is a district of the province ofGranada. This analysis allows to discover covert practices that favor the concentrationand the discourses that justify this reality.
