Podemos and the revival of municipalism strategy. About citizens-parties and the old politics

In this text, I stop at the experimental key contributions they are making new policy initiatives in new parties, as are we and new initiatives in local government. Experiments, as they say visions as diverse as the sociologist Sousa Santos ("reinvent the State", "high-intensity democracies") or from the Zapatistas ("walk by asking"), it is necessary to build rebellions. Do they belong to this field of rebellions? They aspire to, so forth, but what kind of tool will eventually crystallize? Will they be so close to the radicalization of democracy?
