Abstract

The capacity to adapt and the resistance of the coronavirus, with the constant mutations, is testing the healthcare systems and the public policies in the European countries. The duration and the severity of the pandemic make it necessary to learn from the experience of other countries. Specially those who appear to cope the health crisis with better results. In this article we analyse the strategies and health outcomes from two of the most innovative countries, Germany and Sweden. The research seems to confirm that the flexibility in the procedures allow to adjust with superior outcomes to the features of the virus.
