Abstract

This article that we present is a proposal that addresses communication from an approach based on the transmission and generation of information and content, reaffirming the need for it to be carried out from the feeling of an egalitarian way. It is about inducing reflection and serving as professional but also personal guidance, to generate social awareness by highlighting the importance and putting value in differences without them generating inequalities.

To this end, the article shows a decalogue on communication as the basis of social well-being, based on understanding, care and protection as tools of communication, but also that prioritizes diversities. This addresses the commitment of the profession to society, incorporating strategies that turn communication in Social Worlk into an innovative work instrument, promoting the guarantee of human rights, the use of lenguage and universal accessibility as a guarantee of an inclusive society
