Some mutations in the primary law during the european integration process

European integration has a legal character, international but also constitutional. There are intergovernmental reform processes, quasi constitutional processes and constitutional mutation processes. These latter processes have existed throughout the whole integration process. Mutations have inspired subsequent changes in the primary law.Downloads
