Abstract

House purchase is a very frequent practical application contract, and carries problems derived from its special characters, like the fact that housing is recognized as an object of first necessity. Besides that, we must add the professional character of the seller (especially if he acts as a home developer) and the lack of unified regulation of the contract. In this article, the position of the buyer as an acquirer of an essential asset and, above all, as a consumer, is analyzed.
