In this work, beginning at the gestation development of Organic Law over security forces and corps -LOFCS- and the conditioning factors which concurred in order to its approval, we proceed to the analysis of the casuistry which emerged in its aplicaction that has devolep in multiple contradictions whichs have been appearing in practique and that seem to requiere a reform of this regulatory body.
