This article addressess on the one hand, how the automation and connectivity processes in transport systems can provide information to be used in the public security framework as an element that helps in the strategic and tactical intelligence. In this regard, it is analyzed the on-board technology in motor vehicles and in remoted piloted aircrafts used for improving road traffic and safety. Besides, there is a proposal of universal ethical principles guidance in relation to the use of information provided by driverless vehicles and drones, proposing the adoption of new respective terms ‘carethic’ for the ethic to be implemented in the case of driverless vehiclesm and ‘dronethic’ for the ethic to be applied for the use of drones.Downloads
