The Communicational Theory of Law, developed and presented to the scientific community by Gregorio Robles, allow us to study the legal concepts from different perspectives. Making special reference to the concept of subjective Right, this theory proposes a study with the aim of developing a universally valid concept of subjective Right, applied in any legal order.
