Abstract

His paper analyzes the various integration processes have taken place in the South American region, differentiated political and economic characteristics of them, focusing on Mercosur and the Andean Community, noting their similarities and differences, focusing on the relationship between Community law and domestic law of the State, by providing a comparative process with the process of European integration.
