Abstract

Objective: The purpose of the following study was to describe the relationship between the Registration of the property and Urban Law. The Law, as it is today, doesn’t protect the bona fide third party; The «erga omnes» character of the Registration of the property is relegated by the principle of substitution of Urban Law. The recent regulation of the topic doesn’t regulate the transitional situations. After an analysis of the matter, I conclude that the protection of the bona fide third party, should be above all administrative principle, if not we might cause him to be defenselessness.
