Origin and development of fundamental labor rights in Venezuela (1830-1999 Constitution)

This paper analyzes labor regulation of the working class in Venezuela since the creation of the Venezuelan State in 1830 to the current Constitution, to that effect, affects the poor regulation of the subject in the Liberal State, the semantics during periods of dictatorship, the influence of international law in this regard and the Venezuelan labor movement struggles. Research ends after an analysis of the evolution of the issue in shaping the first social and democratic state of law promulgated treatment until the current Constitution.
