Recent scholarship on Castilian Mudejars has rarely devoted itself to the Muslim identity of the Duero river-basin Mudejars. This study presents textual, archaeological and other cultural data regarding Islam as experienced by this minority both in the most populous and well-known Aljamas and in the smallest and lesser-known Muslim communities, such as that of Burgos.Downloads
