Abstract

Inserted in the issue of innovations, experiences and research into applied technologies, this paper describes the realization of the Final Project Studies (PFE) by students of the Mechatronics Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and at under the agreement that it has with the de l'Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Brest (France), by which two students attend each year to study the last two years of that career, returning to develop the PFE and PPS then in Argentina, after which title graduate is recognized for both educational institutions and their respective countries. The PFE was conducted from August 15 to December 15 each year and should total at least 600 hours under the supervision, guidance and supervision of the authors of this paper. In conclusion, over more than three years since its inception, has demonstrated that PFE is perceived as a clear and powerful teaching strategy in order that meet the objectives proposed in relation to the contents organized and sequenced by the curriculum. It has proved a particular way of teaching and learning which postulates didactic pedagogical model and within a specific set of guidelines designed to ensure that model in practice institutional education.
