Administrative action in price

Abstract

Administrative intervention has suffered an evolution towards privatization and de regulation. Traditionally refering to prices, intervention has meant authorised and comunicated prices. Nowadays intervened prices survive as consumer’s protection, but they have to be put in relation with free competence’s rules.
