The immigrant in front of the penal sanction

When we analyze various issues of importance concerning the legal treatment of immigration in our country one of the larger issues that arises will be the regime where are these aliens before a prosecution for the commission of a criminal offense being well it is different when the immigrant adult or when minor. For this reason in the following lines we will study the criminal treatment of immigrants, first as an adult, for then will stop in when you are a minor, and finally will realize some personal considerations that hopefully invite reflection on this topic as controversial and it so difficult for consensus.
