Protection of People with Disabilities through The Constitution of a Protected Heritage
Abstract
One of the great concerns of family members around people with disabilities is how to protect them, how can we protect the assets that these people possess, by their managers or administrators, so that their needs are not diminished by their condition
In this work the guidelines that the legislator has provided to people with disabilities will be disclosed, through taxes and more specifically, through the constitution of a protected heritage, independent of the heritage of disabled people.
The main objective is to publicize a legal instrument that allows creating a patrimony in favor of a person with a disability under administrative control and with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of the vital needs of the disabled, as well as their protection.
