Notes about the new Ombudsman of childhood in Italy : essential notes a state institution

Abstract

This text raises the most relevant novelties introduced on the Italian Legal Order by the Law of 12th July 2011 no. 112, about the National Childhood and Adolescence Defender institution, and so, we will go deep at analyze some contradictions in its articles. Regarding to its implementation, the recently passed «Regulation about the organization, location and expense administration of the National Childhood and Adolescence Defender Bureau» has managed a lot of arguments and legal omissions. Finally, this work stresses some remarkable aspects of «National Defender» figure, paying also attention to other elements theoretically instrumental as his salary and the Government branches assigned to accomplish its legal duties.
