The Law 5/2019, regulating real state credit contracts, gave an important boost to the role of the register of general conditions of contracting as a preventive instrumentt and of public registry faith in the transparency of the general conditions of contracting that are incorporated into the contracts of adhesion. The principle of contractual balance with the practical elimination of positions of abuse is achieved with the intervention of two notaries public, notaries and registrars who, in compliance with an official task assessed, they exercise a strict control of legality in the intrinsic forms of participation of the adhering consumers in the contracts elevated to public deed and their registration.
