The pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus has led to a new situation for the events industry, leading to a sudden interruption of activity. During the last months, thanks to the trials and pilot tests that have been carried out internationally, measures and actions to be implemented by the event organizers have been identified in order to guarantee a reduction of the risk of contagion. This article analyzes the situation that arises in the industry and presents a series of conclusions based on previous studies on security in events and on recent tests carried out, proposing new scenarios with operational actions to consider in future events, in order to reinforce safety and security.
