In an increasingly globalized world, the recognition of judgments is no longer a national procedure. Nowadays, it has a great importance globally. Specifically, the new enforcement procedure is developed from the recent law 29/2015 of international legal cooperation in our legal system. The different types of procedures for recognition of judgments in the United States is also analyzed. After by applying these theoretical concepts to practical examples process with real cases.
