Abstract

This paper's main objective is to reflect on the implementation of the first program of adequate health to the cultural characteristics of the indigenous population of Mexico, the «Unidades Móviles, Caravanas de la Salud», focusing mainly on aspects of multiculturalism that must think from the perspective of intercultural communication because the evaluative results of its operation. Some of the considerations outlined in this document arising from evaluation to the program of the Ministry of Health oj Mexico by external bodies such as the Universidad Intercultural del Estado de Mexico, which has been empowered and actively participated in the procedural analysis public policies directed the indigenous poblation
