Abstract

One of the Sustainable Development Goals promulgated at the UN in 2015 is called «promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitate access to justice for all and create effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels». Therefore, in its plural content, express mention is made of the accessibility of the Jurisdiction as an element sewn to its sustainability. Once assumed by Spain such Objectives, in these pages we´ll analyze its content and effects; as well as to test if the most recent legislative activity is fulfilling (or not) for this purpose, especially in view of the unstoppable chain of reconfigurating reforms of the civil process, with high probability of making it a reality different from the one initially reflected and predefined by our Constitution.
