Abstract

The article introduces the emergence of the Right to Work in an Economical and Social dimension, its Definition as a Right by Scholars and its regard with freedom of choice. Moreover, the article states the established standards by which Work may be covered as a Human Right. Equally, it specifies how the Right and Freedom to work have been provided by Mexico and Spain’s Constitution as well as the interpretation made by Mexico’s Judicial Branch and the Constitutional Court of Spain. Finally, the article points out the Legislative and Interpretative Methods effect of the Right to Work.
