The article 2.1.b of the Ley Organica de Libertad Religiosa established the right of religious assistance. In the public health ambit incorporate, beside the right to spiritual assistance in a broad sense, the exteriorized of right to religious liberty recognize in the art. 16 CE. From it, the authorities are obliged to provide the necessary infrastructure for the practice of cult those patients seeking to exercise this right, so in accordance with the principle of equality of the art. 14 CE, the introduction of multi-confessional spaces of cult would be necessary in the public hospitals enclosures.
