It is time that Voluntary Jurisdiction ceases to be a mere area of experimentation for the legislator. We now have the opportunity to modernize Justice in this subject and to do so with the will of assuring its permanence in the future, from a position of consensus and progress and in a decidedly technical sphere of the Jurisdictional Order.
