Abstract

Se recuerdan brevemente algunas precisiones interpretativas ya anteriormente defendidas acerca de la concepción kantiana de lo jurídico y, sobre esta base, se establece la conexión de dicha concepción con dos posiciones modernas referentes a lo político. Una de ellas es el uso que hace Marx del concepto «república democrática» como, a la vez, expresión de la sociedad civil y figura jurídico-política de la revolución. La otra es lo que en el terreno político puede seguirse del proyecto nietzscheano de la asunción del nihilismo.
