Abstract

The cooperation between railway companies of the Member States of the EU has been around for many years under various legal forms. The article examines these forms of cooperation stopping detail in some representative cases from the point of view of history or legal, concluding with the recent introduction of competition in international passenger traffic led by Directive 2007/58.
