Abstract

The year 2013 ends with five important judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the interpretation of Council Directive 93/13/EEC of 5 April that have caused a great interest due to the current economic and social time and caused the adaptation of Spanish legislation to ensure more effective consumer protection.
