The recient Directive 2011/83 about consumers rights constitutes one of the most recient and ambicious EU normative to armonice legal rights of consumers. It is clear that the grounds for the unification through the Directive has been the aim to unificate consumer’s rights, and also to enforce their legal protection in the scope of contractual relations in the market. From this point of view, a very innovative legal aspect has been the regulation of the so called right to desist or reject the contract that has been previously celebrated; it can be said that Directive 2001/83 contains a very wide regulation of this right, and also an Official Document to apply it by consumer.
