The Common Agricultural Policy: origin, development and prospects

Abstract

This article carries out a presentation of the common agricultural policy from a historical perspective. This perspective allows to expose the evolution of this policy not only from the point of view of its content and its forms of intervention (storage, price guarantee, etc.) but also of the different perspectives that have enriched the PAC (environment, food safety, etc).
