Abstract

Surfing in the third whole of the feminism, influencing different statements of the cosmopoli-tan life, ruralism, industrial, politics, sports and virtual-games, literature, music, and an infini-tes area, we can’t forget how that change in labour dimension. At the same time glass ceiling is broken by women; we are respecting jobs previously underestimates, (like taking care responsibilities); and we are looking for new referents; there are a high floor where only white men are sitting in their chairs. But it seems like, the last years, there are more women who is sitting with them. But, are there transexuals workers looking those skyscrapers of the city? What situations, law-projects and law-protection is coming for the trans-workers in Spain?
At this moment, when Spanish administration is taking care for diversity law’s projects, special projects for transsexuals, to protect and recognize some steps to equal life, leisure’s, medical operations, welfare system, more education, and professional abilities, we need to recognize how surprisingly little we know about them. That, it’s a perfect storm, to think about the different ways to recruit them, their labour history of laws and rights; their challen-ges, and a little bite more of their voice by interviews about their workplace experience.
