Abstract

The analysis of the causal link, as a question of fact which precedes the objective imputation stage, is not based on legal but scientific grounds. We shall review four unusual cases of subjects who purported to be able to voluntarily unleash causal chains aimed at achieving concrete results which the Science considers to be beyond human reach. In these sort of cases, the extraordinary world of Magic and Pseudo-science crosses the path of the ordinary Courts.
