In the present work an analysis of the rules on transparency in the BITs and in the most recent investment policies developed by some States is carried out. To do this, we start from a conceptualization of the BITs themselves and, from a comparative perspective, we enter into the study of the theme raised in the continents of America, Europe and Asia.Downloads
