Abstract

In this article a set of initiatives that are be ing developed for the management of a technical- vocational school is presented. This sc hool is maintained by a ceramic linings plant, and deals mainly with the practice of values concepts (personal competencies and skills).These factors are essential for the social and educational development of the school community, and a bove all for the relationship between student x school x industry. For this purpose the study looks at vocational ed ucation in Brazil, the qualit y of technical/high schools and their graduates. This model will be constructed based on an environmental analysis at the school and in the plant, supported by phase of percep tive data collection and a second pha se of evident data collection.
